Opening:
The opening shot is a close up of a mangled up face, then the camera slowly zoom's out of it and reveals an establishing shot of a grave yard with a stereotypical american setting. The opening also includes digetic audio of a radio which provides an exposition to the audience of the crime that has just been shown in the previous shot.

There is a black background, also there is a use of san serif font which is typical for a slasher film its supposedly scary. The titles go upwards off the screen so that more can be seen in the shot
